Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries and services provided by Your Person in Pakistan (“we”, “us”, “our”). By instructing us to proceed with a service, you agree to these terms together with the specific scope, quotation and instructions agreed for your request.

1. Nature of our service

We provide practical assistance and coordination for legitimate tasks in Pakistan. Services may include errands, document handling, product sourcing or purchasing, local visits, courier coordination, basic information gathering and other agreed requests.

2. Acceptance of requests

Submitting an enquiry does not require us to accept the task. We may decline any request that is unlawful, unsafe, impractical, outside our service area, requires unavailable expertise, involves restricted information, creates an unreasonable risk, or otherwise falls outside our scope.

3. Scope and instructions

The agreed scope will be based on the information and instructions you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful instructions. Material changes requested after work begins may require a revised quote, additional time or a new service fee.

4. Fees and third-party costs

Our service fee may be separate from product prices, courier charges, transport, government fees, vendor charges, packaging, professional fees, taxes or other third-party costs. Unless specifically included in writing, third-party costs are payable by the customer.

5. Advance payments and purchases

Where a task requires us to spend money on your behalf, we may require payment in advance for the estimated purchase or third-party cost together with any agreed service fee. We are not required to advance our own funds unless expressly agreed.

6. Product sourcing and purchasing

We may assist with checking availability, price and visible product details, but we do not manufacture the products and cannot guarantee characteristics that are not reasonably verifiable before purchase. Warranties, returns and refunds may depend on the seller’s own terms. If requested, we can help communicate with the seller, but we cannot guarantee that a seller will accept a return or refund.

7. Documents, submissions and official bodies

Our role is limited to the agreed collection, delivery, submission or coordination task. We do not guarantee that a government office, institution, courier, employer, educational institution or other third party will accept, approve, process or act on any document or application.

8. Property and location visits

Location visits provide reasonable observations, photographs, videos or information based on the agreed instructions and what is accessible at the time of the visit. They are not legal due diligence, structural surveys, engineering inspections, valuations or guarantees regarding ownership, condition, safety, title or future suitability.

9. Verification and information collection

Verification is limited to lawful and reasonably accessible information. We do not provide private investigator services, obtain restricted databases, impersonate another person, access accounts without authorization, or obtain confidential personal information unlawfully.

10. Couriers and other third parties

We may coordinate with independent couriers, sellers, vendors, transport providers and other third parties. Their services may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including third-party delays, service failures, loss, refusal, cancellation or damage, except to the extent caused directly by our own failure to exercise reasonable care.

11. Timelines

Any completion time is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. Delays may occur because of traffic, office hours, availability, weather, holidays, third-party response times, security conditions, courier operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your requested task, documents, goods, payments and instructions are lawful and that you have the authority to request the service. You must not use our service to facilitate fraud, harassment, stalking, deception, evasion of legal procedures or any other unlawful activity.

13. Cancellations

If you cancel before work starts, any refund will depend on whether costs have already been incurred. Once work has started, service fees and expenses already earned or incurred may be non-refundable. Any task-specific cancellation terms agreed in writing will take priority.

14. Liability

We will use reasonable care in performing the agreed service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, missed opportunities, or losses caused by inaccurate customer instructions, undisclosed facts, third parties or events outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount reasonably attributable to the affected service, subject to applicable law.

15. No professional advice

Unless expressly arranged through a suitably qualified professional, we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, engineering, architectural, medical, valuation, customs or other regulated professional advice.

16. Communications and evidence

WhatsApp messages, email, written quotations, invoices and other written communications may form part of the agreed instructions and scope for a task.

17. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other laws that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Changes

We may update these website terms from time to time. The version applicable to a particular service will generally be the version available when the service is agreed, together with any task-specific written terms.

19. Contact

Important: These terms are designed as a sensible starting point for your current service model, not a substitute for legal advice. As your business grows—especially if you begin taking online payments, handling high-value items or operating through staff in multiple cities—have the terms reviewed by a Pakistan-qualified lawyer.
