General assistance only
Your Person in Pakistan provides practical assistance, local coordination and reasonable on-ground observations based on the scope agreed for each request. Our services are not a substitute for licensed, regulated or specialist professional services.
Not professional advice
Unless we expressly arrange a qualified third-party professional, information we provide should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, engineering, architectural, medical, valuation, customs, security or other professional advice.
Property and location visits
Photos, videos and observations from a property or location visit represent what could reasonably be seen or documented at the time. We do not certify title, ownership, structural condition, dimensions, market value, legal compliance, hidden defects, safety or suitability.
Verification and information collection
Our verification work is limited to lawful, publicly accessible or voluntarily supplied information and ordinary on-ground observations. We do not access restricted databases, confidential records, private accounts or information obtained through deception, impersonation, hacking or other unlawful means.
Products and sellers
When assisting with sourcing or purchasing, we can reasonably check visible details, seller statements, availability and pricing, but we do not manufacture or independently certify third-party products. Authenticity, warranty, return rights and product performance may depend on the seller, manufacturer or marketplace.
Documents and submissions
We may assist with collection, delivery or submission where permitted, but cannot guarantee approval, acceptance, processing time or a particular outcome from a government office, business, courier, institution or other third party.
Couriers and third-party providers
Courier companies, transport providers, vendors and other third parties remain responsible for their own services. Their delays, restrictions, refusals, damage, loss or service terms may be outside our control.
Availability and safety
We may refuse, pause or modify a task where the location, circumstances, instructions or requested activity create safety, legal, privacy or security concerns.
No guaranteed outcome
We aim to carry out agreed tasks with reasonable care, but results may depend on factors outside our control. Payment for our service generally covers the agreed work and effort, not a guaranteed decision or outcome from a third party.
